Pricing

Factors That Influence Pricing:

Distance from Home Base – The farther the location, the more travel time and fuel costs impact pricing.
Frequency of Service – Regularly scheduled cleanings may qualify for lower rates.
Number of Units per Visit – The more trucks or equipment serviced in one visit, the more cost-effective the pricing.
Water Supply – If water is provided on-site, costs may be lower than if we need to transport water.
Drainage Locations – Proper drainage access affects efficiency and any necessary compliance measures.
Water Recovery Add-On – If water recovery is required, additional charges may apply to cover environmental and compliance costs.

Water Recovery Systems: How They Work

Benefits

TWS Crew will arrive on-site with reservoir tanks that will store the waste water produced from your washing. A recovery boom will be placed at the low point of your lot.

The wastewater undergoes a series of treatment steps, including:

  • Coarse Particle Separator: Removes large solids and stones.

  • Grease Trap: Captures grease from the trucks.

  • Oil-Water Separator: Removes oil from the waste stream.

  • Filtration: Uses filters to remove smaller particles and impurities.

  • Media Filtration: A process where pit water is sucked from reclaim tanks, pushed through a filter medium to sift out particles, and then deposited back in the reclaim tank for easier removal.

  • Reverse Osmosis (RO): Removes dissolved solids and minerals, resulting in a water that is free of stains and residues.

  • Deionization (DI): Further purifies the water by removing ions.
  • The treated water is then stored in a filtered water holding tank and can be reused for various purposes, such as:

    • Rinsing vehicles.

    • High-pressure applications.

    • Cleaning cloths, rinse bars, and arches.

    • Power washing concrete or other flat surfaces.
